Picture this: a 13 year old girl missing two of her front teeth. That was me. For most of my adolescence, I never smiled in photos and was cautious when I laughed. I am, however, thankful that I will never need to have my wisdom teeth removed (because they do not exist, just like my canines). What I had yet to learn was that I could be anything I wanted to be, and that image should not affect my goals and aspirations. I quickly learned that I would have to showcase what I was worth, regardless of the way I was presented. I am grateful for my amazing orthodontists, one of whom, upon our first meeting, explained that his two front teeth were fake. You would have never known, and this simple fact gave me hope. Two short years later, my perfect smile came to life. Drs. Luccarelli and Barrese may not have understood the profound impact they would have on my life, but I now aspire to give others the same confidence they gave me by becoming a doctor or orthodontist. In medicine, procedures are performed to make a person look or feel their best. Patients are not only given comfort, but also confidence. In pursuing a career in medicine, I wish to change other people’s lives, just like Dr. Luccarelli and Dr. Barrese changed mine.

I am absolutely thrilled with Luccarelli & Barrese Orthodontics. The experience of both the application of my daughter's braces and follow-up appointments could not be better. Both dentists have been friendly, patient, professional, and terrific with kids. And at our last visit, Dr. Luccarelli fixed an issue with my teeth that had been bothering me for years. It made a world of difference, and I am so happy. The entire staff is friendly and professional, the office is clean, and I have never had to wait very long (if at all ) for an appointment. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dr Lucarelli is one of the best orthodontist in Long Island. The staff is amazing. The office is very clean. They are well organized and very accommodating. They are highly recommended. He treated both of my children and they both have a great smile. He is very thorough. He explained everything to my children from beginning thru end of the treatment. Thank you so much for everything.

The absolute best!!! Perfectionists. Both Dr. Luccarelli and Dr. Barrese are truly passionate about helping people achieve a perfect smile. I did invisalign with them as an adult and when it is my kids' turns for braces, I will be bringing them here as well. Trust them 100%.

The office is run incredibly well especially with respect to covid protocols and the entire support staff is friendly and excellent as well.

Where do I begin? My experience with the staff has been nothing short of phenomenal! My son just completed his orthodontic treatment and we couldn't be happier! Dr. Luccarelli and Dr. Barrese made the entire process ridiculously easy from beginning to end. They are affordable, professional, efficient, super friendly, and most importantly THEY CARE ABOUT YOU! They truly do! I am beyond satisfied and so glad that I entrusted them with my son's beautiful smile!
